o bring extra significance, clarity, joy and meaning to your life, it can be greatly beneficial to examine and reflect on your past. In doing this, you can free yourself from that which can impede on your current quality of life.
Quote from Victor Frankl:
Everything you have in your life can be taken from you except one thing-your freedom to respond to the situation you are in. This is what determines the quality of the life we live, not our circumstances.
In these groups you will have the opportunity to reflect on earlier experiences in life, your current situation and your future. With the aid of the group, the group leader, and the psychodramatic method you can contemplate how the past may be affecting your current life and bring about repair. Then you can move towards a future free from that which constrains you and more easily fulfill your potential. Held at Kimi Ora Health Resort, Kaiteriteri

Join us for this fantastic riding experience over farmland, through the Woodhill Forest and onto Muriwai Beach.
We follow a lake edge south, with mature kanuka trees flanking the western track side, then ride along shady paths under towering radiata pine forest before coming out on to the wild west coast and Muriwai Beach. We ride our horses along the beach before heading back on a different trail.
Along the way you will see cattle and sheep grazing in large paddocks, the Kaipara Harbour in the east and a panoramic view of Muriwai Settlement with 50km of beach and the Kaipara Break to the north.
Some previous experience and confidence on horseback is required. The horses are matched to the rider's ability, and range from steady, relaxed mounts to speedsters that love to gallop on the sands. They are a mix of breeds: appaloosa, standard breeds and thoroughbred cross, all familiar with sand, sea, bush and lakes.
